Part-Time Cargo Customer Service Agent

About the role

Join Air Canada’s Cargo Call Centre in Moncton as a part‑time Customer Service Agent. You will provide frontline support to shippers and receivers, handling inquiries, tracing shipments and resolving issues in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email using a cloud‑based CRM.
• Perform shipment tracing, World Tracer transactions and manage lost‑and‑found processes.
• Prepare records, enter data and process transactions across multiple Cargo systems.
• Resolve complaints related to delayed, damaged, mishandled or lost shipments.
• Determine cargo rates, routing and shipping procedures, including check‑in and delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in aviation, transport, tourism or hospitality is an asset.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work within strict timelines.
• Availability for shift work in a 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of a paid 5‑week training program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer interaction management.
