About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time Artisans to join our Markham location, learning and performing multiple roles such as Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ (Dish Jockey) or Server. You will start in one specialization, master it, and then rotate to other areas to keep each shift varied.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and perform your assigned specialization (e.g., Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ, or Server) while delivering high‑quality table service.
- Prepare handcrafted desserts and craft ice‑cream drinks according to company standards.
- Rotate to additional roles after mastering the first, ensuring flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to work late or challenging hours.
- Alignment with Demetres’ guiding principles – Deliver Wow, Own It, Better Together, Hustle Always, Towards Perfection.
