About the role

Join Demetres in the historic Distillery District as an Artisan, where you’ll learn and rotate through multiple specializations such as dessert crafting, coffee preparation, hosting, DJing (Dish Jockey), and serving. The role is fast‑paced, late‑hour friendly, and designed for people who love variety and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform one of several specializations – Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ (Dish Jockey), or Server – based on the best fit.
• Provide table service in a restaurant setting, crafting handcrafted desserts and serving premium ice‑cream.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the service area.
• Collaborate with teammates across different roles to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Willingness to work late hours and handle a challenging environment.
