About the role

CIMT College is seeking a qualified instructor to deliver its Ministry‑registered Paralegal program in Brampton, Ontario. The role involves guiding students through a hands‑on curriculum that prepares them for entry‑level positions in the legal field.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content using the provided instructor manual and approved teaching materials.
• Facilitate lectures, case studies, group projects, and laboratory work to ensure practical skill development.
• Administer and grade quizzes, assignments, exams, and other assessments in line with college guidelines.
• Provide timely feedback on student performance and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Support the admissions team by answering prospective student inquiries about the program.
• Participate in faculty meetings, graduation ceremonies, and other college events.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of paralegal studies and related legal concepts.
• Experience teaching adult learners in a classroom setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a diverse, multicultural student body.
