About the role
We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team in Winnipeg, delivering high‑quality interior and exterior finishes for residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces before painting.
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings.
- Mix paint to achieve the desired colour and texture.
- Advise clients on colour choices and wall‑covering options.
- Apply paint, wallpaper and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation.
- 1–2 years of painting experience.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift up to 23 kg.
- Attention to detail, hand‑eye coordination and colour discrimination.
- Client‑focused attitude, good interpersonal skills and flexibility.
