Paid Social Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Paid Social Specialist to join our fast‑paced team in downtown Toronto. In this hybrid role you will help design, launch and optimise paid social campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies that align with client objectives.
• Manage live campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and apply optimisations to meet KPI targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for campaign inquiries, troubleshooting and status updates.
• Prepare and present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Anticipate challenges and recommend proactive solutions to improve results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $30–$32 CAD plus 4 % vacation pay.
• Hybrid work model – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
• Opportunity for a 6‑month contract with potential extension.
