Paid Search & Social Manager – Remote (Canada)

About the role

Directive is seeking a Paid Search & Social Manager to lead and execute paid media strategies for B2B clients across technology, industrial and services sectors. This remote position supports clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, from strategy development to performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of paid media accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align tasks and ensure quality.
• Develop quarterly paid media strategies and manage budgets across multiple channels.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
• Maintain accurate lead routing within client CRMs and understand programmatic campaign value.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals while tracking personal productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a performance or digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record working with B2B SaaS/tech clients.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising.
