Outside Sales Representative – High Commission

About the role

Value Windows and Doors is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our national team. You will promote premium uPVC windows and doors to homeowners, contractors, and builders across the Saint John area. This role offers high earning potential through industry‑leading commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to promote and sell uPVC windows and doors.
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and product options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in windows, doors, or home‑improvement products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits.
• Experience with CRM software is an asset.
