Outbound Business Development Representative (Remote, Canada)

About the role
HubSpot is looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its remote sales team in Quebec, Canada. As the first point of contact with prospects, you will drive conversations, uncover needs, and qualify leads that feed the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (60–100+ activities per day) via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Partner with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
- Qualify leads based on fit, need and urgency, and schedule discovery meetings.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for activity, meetings delivered and pipeline impact.
- Continuously learn, apply coaching feedback and develop skills toward an Account Executive role.
Required profile
- Motivated to build a long‑term career in tech sales.
- Resilient, coachable and eager for feedback.
- Curious, self‑starting and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with high‑pace, results‑driven environments.

- Base salary of $50,600 CAD plus on‑target commission of $20,700 CAD (OTE $71,300 CAD).
