Order Tracking & Data Entry Specialist

About the role

MAVEN FLEET is looking for an Order Tracking & Data Entry Specialist to keep work orders, packing lists and invoices accurate and up‑to‑date. The role bridges production, shipping and office teams, ensuring smooth order flow across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain work orders based on customer and production requirements.
• Prepare packing lists for shipments and verify them against order details.
• Process order invoicing promptly and accurately.
• Update Smart Sheet trackers to reflect current order status for all teams.
• Coordinate with production, shipping and sales to keep order information current.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between work orders, packing lists and invoices.
• Maintain organized digital records of orders, invoices and shipment documentation.
• Communicate order status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of order tracking and data entry workflows.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong data‑entry accuracy with at least 3 years of related experience (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working both on the shop floor and in an office environment.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and renderings.
