Order Selector – Day Shift (Rocky View County, AB)

About the role

Tim Hortons is looking for an Order Selector to join its Distribution Centre in Rocky View County. You will work the day shift (06:00‑16:30) helping the team meet daily production targets by picking and assembling food orders for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, assemble and load food orders for shipment, manually or with a powered pallet truck.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and safely while meeting production goals.
• Perform general cleaning duties to keep the work area safe and tidy.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities.
• Follow food safety and food defense standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, physically demanding role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in both ambient and freezer environments (≈ ‑20 °C).
• Correctable vision and a proven track record of safety and reliability.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing development and cross‑training.
