Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Manager

About the role

The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) of Accenture's Oracle practice are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Manager, Team Lead/Consultant at mid-level, working full time. The role leads the integration workstream and focuses on architecting and delivering OIC solutions. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, and is open to locations in British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Montreal and Mississauga.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream with a focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Architect end-to-end integration solutions so data flows seamlessly between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.
• Define integration patterns, technical architecture and best practices for scalable and secure OIC implementations.
• Develop and document high-level and detailed technical designs for integration solutions.
• Oversee the build, test and deployment of integrations to meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with functional, technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to keep performance, reliability and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration architecture, development standards and delivery methods.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on OIC capabilities, design standards and implementation approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); an associate degree requires a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
• Bonus points for experience managing multiple OIC environments, deployments and release processes.
