Operations Supervisor – Parking Services

About the role

Indigo Park is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities at one of its Ottawa parking locations. You will oversee staff, equipment, and client relationships to ensure smooth, revenue‑driving operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise general site operations, maintaining a professional image for staff and customers.
• Monitor lot conditions, including surface, HVAC, lighting, and vehicle circulation.
• Verify on‑site supplies, equipment (pay‑and‑display meters, gates, exit terminals) and conduct lot audits.
• Implement rate changes and signage updates as directed by the Area Manager.
• Maintain employee files, handle disciplinary actions, and arrange staffing coverage during peak periods.
• Validate employee time punches via the ADP portal and ensure compliance with money‑handling procedures.
• Assist the Area Manager with client relations, performance reviews, and revenue‑improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid clean driver’s licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ADP portal for time‑keeping and payroll.
