About the role

The Operations Specialist, AI Solutions will support the delivery of high‑accuracy AI‑driven outputs for enterprise clients. Based in Canada, you will work within a fast‑scaling technology platform, ensuring that AI‑assisted systems produce reliable, structured, and customer‑ready results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine operational workflows to meet strict accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Ingest, organize, and structure historical data and documentation into internal platforms.
• Process incoming operational requests within defined SLAs using AI‑assisted tools.
• Review AI‑generated outputs to validate accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source data before final approval.
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Collaborate with customer‑facing and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution and clear status communication.
• Support the development of new operational standards and best practices.
• Act as an operational liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and reliability of delivered outputs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in operations, administration, data processing, or a similar detail‑heavy role.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under volume and tight timelines.
• Comfortable evaluating AI‑generated outputs and applying sound human judgment.
