Operations & Sales Manager

About the role

The Manager will lead a large subset of sales or operations activities within Desjardins, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services to members and clients. You will be responsible for developing the unit’s business plan, overseeing performance, and fostering a culture that reflects Desjardins’ cooperative values.

Key responsibilities

• Support the immediate supervisor with work organization, operational planning, and special initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and track the unit’s action plan in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish management and communication practices that promote change management, talent attraction, retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity.
• Define and ensure execution of service‑related activities, driving business results and client satisfaction.
• Manage individual and team performance to support the administrative unit’s action plan.
• Continuously improve processes under your responsibility.
• Represent Desjardins and conduct business intelligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum nine years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
• Fluency in French.
