Operations & Customer Support Moderator (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Localii is looking for a flexible Operations & Customer Support Moderator to work remotely on a part‑time, temporary basis. You will act as a multi‑functional team member, assisting customers, vendors and delivery partners while handling a variety of operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Support vendors with onboarding, product updates and account issues.
• Assist delivery partners with operational questions and order monitoring.
• Review and moderate product listings, store profiles and platform content.
• Enter and maintain accurate data, update product information and pricing.
• Process spreadsheets, bulk imports and other data‑management tasks.
• Report bugs or technical issues to the development team and help test new features.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and perform general administrative duties.
• Take on additional projects as business needs evolve.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
