Operations Consultant (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Operations Consultant partners with the Operations Supervisor to keep the stockroom organized, ensure merchandise is up‑to‑date and deliver professional service to Sephora clients. The role blends client‑facing duties with back‑of‑house logistics, supporting cashiers, handling shipments and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier zone and stockroom according to company standards.
• Receive, process and stock shipments promptly, handling transfers, damages and testers.
• Check visual merchandising elements, report missing or damaged pieces, and ensure safety and tidiness.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and participate in inventory control activities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably in a stockroom environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb, bend and stretch to stock shelves.

Required skills

• Operation of Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and Mobile POS (MPOS) systems.
• Basic computer proficiency and arithmetic.
