Operations Associate – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Operations Associate will support the day‑to‑day operational foundation of a newly opened luxury boutique, ensuring smooth product flow and an exceptional client experience. Working closely with the boutique team, you will maintain inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and efficient processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational effectiveness, including product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy.
• Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead the annual inventory audit.
• Manage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, stock transfers, and overall stockroom organization.
• Partner with the sales team to fulfill client requests and support selling initiatives.
• Maintain proper supply replenishment and on‑hand level management.
• Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold operational excellence.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail operations or inventory management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience using the CEGID inventory system
