About the role
Waters is seeking an evening‑shift Production Operator to work on its diagnostic product lines. The position runs Monday to Friday from 15:15 to 23:15 in a clean‑room environment, includes a 30‑minute break and an evening premium.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and ensure continuous supply of raw materials.
- Perform quality checks and product reconciliation according to established procedures.
- Organise workflow to meet line performance targets.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate more complex problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with the quality system, health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with routine or manufacturing tasks (preferred).
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook).
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and QSR (preferred).
- Ability to resolve minor mechanical problems.
