About the role

Galderma is seeking a reliable and meticulous Production Operator for packaging on the day shift. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure products are efficiently packed and meet quality standards while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness of your workstation and equipment.
• Operate multiple production lines, both automated and manual.
• Follow standard operating procedures and document all activities accurately.
• Use the MES production management system (e.g., POMS) to record production data.
• Perform manual cleaning of workstations and supply lines to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Work autonomously while promptly informing the supervisor of any unusual situations or deviations.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and dependable.
• Ability to work on a day shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and contamination prevention.
• Willingness to follow strict procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Operation of automated and manual packaging equipment.
• Use of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) such as POMS.
• Manual cleaning and sanitation of production equipment.
