About the role

Join Best Buy’s retail team as an Online Order Pick‑up Specialist. You’ll be the friendly face that helps customers collect their online purchases quickly and effortlessly, while ensuring each order is packaged and ready for pickup.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, package, and label online orders for customer pickup.
Assist customers in retrieving their products and answer their questions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pickup area.
