About the role
As an Omni Customer Fulfillment Associate you will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, picking, packing and preparing online orders for delivery. This part‑time position offers the chance to develop retail and logistics skills while ensuring high standards of safety and food hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and assemble orders from multiple temperature zones with attention to product quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders precisely, verifying product codes, quantities and labeling.
- Maintain clean, hygienic work areas and promptly address spills or debris.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre‑inspection checks.
- Document and label orders correctly using pick slips and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote space while preserving product integrity.
- Assist customers with inquiries and help resolve issues.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to follow strict safety and food‑hygiene protocols.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding, onsite environment.
Required skills
- Material handling equipment operation.
