About the role

The OMNI Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering a friendly, helpful shopping experience while driving profitable sales. This role oversees daily store operations, ensures compliance with company standards, and leads a team of associates across all store areas.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting sales and profit goals, managing budgets, and analyzing financial reports.
• Develop and execute operational plans, oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, and store standards.
• Implement and monitor asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance procedures.
• Serve as a customer ambassador, handling feedback, complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in community initiatives and sustainability programs to strengthen store presence.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates through regular meetings, performance recognition, and growth opportunities.
