Office Manager & HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional to manage day‑to‑day office operations while supporting our Human Resources function. This hybrid role ensures a smooth, engaging workplace for our Oakville team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office administration, supplies, equipment, facilities and vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute company meetings, events and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and monitor office expenses, invoices and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all office‑related matters and maintain policies and procedures.
• Assist leadership with special projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruitment activities, job postings, candidate communications and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, new‑hire orientation and off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, payroll administration and benefits enrollment.
• Draft employment‑related correspondence and help ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in a smaller company environment.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Oakville.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
