Office Director, Québec City

About the role

As the Québec City Office Director for BBA, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of over 100 professionals delivering engineering projects in mining, renewable energy, chemical and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for the overall management of human, financial and material resources to achieve the company’s operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision aligned with BBA’s Operations and Sales plan.
• Manage the office’s budget, staffing, and material assets.
• Lead business development initiatives and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project delivery from front‑end studies to field implementation, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Mentor, coach and develop employees, fostering a high‑engagement culture.
• Recruit and attract top talent and coordinate with BBA’s network of over 20 offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and active membership with the OIQ.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting engineering.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and large‑scale projects.
• Strong business development background and track record of achieving operational KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
