About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily office operations for THMR Development in Toronto. The Office Coordinator ensures smooth communication, manages administrative tasks, maintains equipment, and delivers excellent service to clients and team members.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with site leadership to support office operations and requirements.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable to process requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Manage reporting dashboards and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Organize travel and event logistics, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, catering, and venue arrangements.
- Plan and execute company functions and special events.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and follow‑ups.
- Enter and update client and operational information in internal systems.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics such as IT setup, phone extensions, and workspace arrangements.
- Support employee moves, transitions, and workspace coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Assist with reviewing company policies and coordinating HR‑related activities.
Required profile
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail.
- Team player who works effectively with leadership, HR, and cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable handling logistics, planning events, and supporting operational processes.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in office coordination, administration, or similar roles is an asset.
