Night Shift General Duty Cleaner

About the role

Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking reliable cleaners for night‑shift work (Sunday to Thursday, 9 pm–5 am) to maintain high‑quality, healthy spaces across Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Operate auto‑scrubbers, ride‑on machines, carpet extractors and floor‑burnishing equipment for periodic floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing and burnishing hard floors and carpets.
• Lift and move furniture and equipment, load, unload and deliver cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment, and perform high‑level cleaning tasks using ladders or scaffolding as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ unique needs and ensuring consistently high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
• Positive, friendly attitude with ability to adapt and learn new skills.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 51 lb, stand/walk throughout shift, bend, stretch, climb stairs, and operate equipment.
• Valid G‑class driver’s licence and successful police background check.
