Night Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a calm‑tempered Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic night environment, takes initiative, and enjoys interacting with guests while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including reconciling deposits, resolving chargebacks, and generating daily financial reports.
• Maintain the security of the property throughout the night and make critical decisions during emergencies.
• Check‑in and check‑out guests, verify identification, and ensure a smooth handover to the morning shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless internal operations and communication.

Required profile

• Hotel or accounting background (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous night auditor experience is an asset.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally.
• Strong autonomy, organization, responsibility, and initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Positive, trustworthy attitude.
