Night Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a calm‑tempered Night Auditor to join our hotel team. If you thrive in a dynamic, overnight environment and enjoy taking initiative, this role offers the chance to manage guest arrivals and departures while safeguarding the property during the night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all night‑audit accounting tasks, including reconciling deposits, resolving chargebacks, and generating daily financial reports.
• Maintain the security of the premises, making critical decisions during emergencies.
• Check‑in and check‑out guests, verify documentation, and ensure smooth hand‑over to the morning shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless internal operations.

Required profile

• Hotel or accounting background (asset).
• Previous night‑auditor experience (asset).
• Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally.
• Strong autonomy, organization, responsibility, and initiative.
• Fluent oral and written communication.
• Positive and trustworthy attitude.
