About the role
This position supports Walmart’s store operations during the overnight shift by handling the receipt, labeling, and movement of merchandise from trailers to the sales floor. The associate works as part of a team to ensure the store is ready for opening the next morning.
Key responsibilities
- Unload trailers and pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
- Label and place merchandise in back‑room bins and stock the sales floor as assigned.
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening, including setting up signage and merchandising features.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following company safety policies and completing safety sweep logs.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling pallets, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overnight hours and follow scheduled shifts.
