Network and Systems Administrator

About the role

Join Kezber’s experienced IT Services team as a Network and Systems Administrator. You will maintain, optimise, and evolve the technology infrastructures of a variety of client organisations, ensuring reliability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Diagnose and resolve network performance, security and connectivity issues.
• Design and implement customised technology solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Manage infrastructure services such as Active Directory, virtualization, backup solutions and more.
• Deploy workstations, servers and networking equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support and follow‑up on support tickets.
• Document technical changes, interventions and procedures.
• Participate in architecture reviews and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Leverage automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash) to improve efficiency.
• Travel occasionally to client sites to support projects.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) and Windows Server.
• Excellent command of French; English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence for occasional travel.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator) are assets.
• Leadership, collaboration and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Firewalls: SonicWALL, WatchGuard.
• Enterprise antivirus and backup solutions (BackupExec, Veeam).
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Bash.
• Citrix and Cisco products (asset).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (asset).
