Nail Salon Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nail Salon Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy nail bar in Calgary. You will ensure a high‑quality client experience while managing staff, inventory, and the overall business flow.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily salon operations, evaluating performance and efficiency.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily schedules, appointments, and client flow.
• Manage budget, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule a team of 11‑15 staff members.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, custom nail designs, gel and acrylic extensions, and nail art.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a nail salon or related beauty setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Client‑focused with excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
