About the role

Unique Nails & Spa is seeking a dedicated Nail Care Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. You will provide high‑quality nail services, build a loyal clientele, and contribute to a welcoming spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and remove artificial nails, nail art, gel and acrylic extensions.
• Perform manicures and pedicures, including cleaning, trimming, and polishing.
• Handle cashiering duties and manage appointment scheduling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries or complaints.
• Supervise and train staff, conduct quality control, and coordinate work activities.

• Accurate, dependable, and client‑focused.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, initiative‑driven, and able to work evenings, weekends and overtime.
• Organized, reliable team player with good judgement.
