Multinational Service Specialist

About the role

Zurich Canada is seeking a Multinational Service Specialist to turn strategy into reality for complex multinational captive programs. Reporting to the Senior Multinational Services Manager, you will consult with account teams and manage end‑to‑end service delivery for international program business.

Key responsibilities

• Translate fronting decisions with captive partners into executable servicing actions and ensure compliance with local regulations and captive structures.
• Coordinate timely issuance of policies, certificates and premium flows to avoid regulatory or tax exposure.
• Maintain contract certainty across policies, captive reinsurance agreements and local certificates.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with captive managers and monitor program performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of service‑delivery experience, or High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience.
• Fluency in English and intermediate knowledge of captive reinsurance.
• Experience with reinsurance accounting processes, including cession and cash‑flow.
• Proven ability to coordinate end‑to‑end between captive, insured, broker and fronting partners.
