About the role

The Banquet Room Assembler ensures event spaces are prepared to Hilton standards and client specifications. Working closely with the banquet team, you will set up, break down, and maintain rooms before, during, and after each event.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare banquet halls and meeting rooms according to detailed layouts.
• Assemble furniture, décor, audio‑visual equipment, and signage.
• Disassemble and store all items promptly after events.
• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance to keep spaces in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with kitchen, service, and front‑desk teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Required profile

• Willingness to work day, evening, and night shifts.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized, responsible, autonomous, flexible, punctual and energetic.

Required skills

• Physical stamina for repetitive lifting and moving.
• Basic knowledge of banquet equipment and setup procedures.
