Millwright Technician – Manufacturing Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our Lethbridge manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Repair equipment and facilities, conduct breakdown analysis.
• Install and upgrade production lines with new equipment and technology.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives on site.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and production staff to keep the facility operating at peak capacity.

Required profile

• Certified Journeyman Millwright (Alberta or Red Seal).
• One‑year minimum experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Electrical or power engineering/steam ticket is an asset.
• Ability to lift 45‑60 lb continuously and push/pull up to 80 lb, with regular standing, walking, bending and other physical demands.
