Millwright – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

Diageo Canada is seeking a skilled Millwright to join its General Maintenance team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical assets across our production facilities, ensuring reliable operation and supporting our legacy of premium beverage production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, including emergency repairs, to minimize plant downtime.
• Open, update, and close work orders while documenting maintenance activities.
• Participate in reliability initiatives and provide feedback on equipment performance.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects.

Required profile

• Inter‑Provincial Journeyman’s certificate in the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) trade.
• Current registration with the Manitoba Department of Labour.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently and safely.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to safety standards.
