Mid-level DevOps Engineer

About the role

XeXe is rebuilding the platform that powers cross‑border payments for corporate and consumer clients. We are looking for a mid‑level DevOps Engineer who will own end‑to‑end infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipeline reliability, release gating, delivery automation and rollback safety across squads.
• Design, build and operate multi‑region AWS infrastructure, including Cognito, networking, IAM and disaster‑recovery.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to adopt AI‑accelerated SDLC tooling.
• Maintain production observability, define SLOs, configure alerting and lead incident response on‑call rotations.
• Use agentic coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) daily throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience building and operating production infrastructure end‑to‑end.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS in production, especially multi‑region setups, IAM, networking and managed services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) and container orchestration in production.
• Background in operating observability/monitoring stacks, defining SLOs and handling on‑call incident response.
• Daily use of AI‑assisted coding tools and excellent written and verbal communication.
