MERN Stack Developer – Hybrid (Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team on a 12‑month contract. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site in Toronto, and focuses on building and maintaining full‑stack web applications for the BFSI sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive front‑end interfaces using React.js.
• Build scalable, secure back‑end services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases.
• Integrate third‑party services and create RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience using the MERN stack.
• Proven ability to deliver user‑friendly, responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of database design and performance tuning.
• Experience working with SQL Server 2019 is essential.
