About the role

Join the Lasalle store team as a seasonal associate, delivering friendly service and helping customers find the products they need while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and private‑label credit cards, completing enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship‑From‑Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloads, stocking, planogram setup and merchandise recovery.
• Perform Store In‑Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Cross‑train in custom framing sales and production.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Physical ability to lift heavy boxes, bend, reach, stretch and use ladders.
• Positive, respectful attitude and ability to interact with customers and teammates.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Required skills

• Retail or customer‑service experience (preferred).
