Member Experience Associate

About the role

Join the Member Experience team at Movati Athletic and help create a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy environment for members. This part‑time position involves frequent interaction with guests, ensuring they receive top‑notch service from the moment they enter the club.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations, including the café and pro‑shop.
• Maintain cleaning duties safely and promptly.
• Stay up‑to‑date on programs, products, and services, promoting them to members.
• Handle all sales transactions accurately.
• Complete administrative tasks with consistent 5‑star service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or fitness.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, maintained throughout employment.
