Member Experience Associate (Full‑time, Flexible Shifts)

About the role

Join Movati Athletic’s Member Experience team in Ottawa and be the friendly face that welcomes members to our affordable‑luxury fitness clubs. You’ll work flexible morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, ensuring every guest feels comfortable, supported, and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, café, and pro‑shop.
• Proactively address and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to management.
• Handle all sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the club.
• Stay informed about programs, products, and services, promoting them to members.
• Support administrative tasks and assist with member‑experience events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• At least one year of experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or fitness environments.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, maintained throughout employment.
