Medical Science Liaison – Quebec City

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will act as a scientific bridge between our organization and the healthcare community in Quebec City. The role is responsible for establishing peer‑to‑peer scientific relationships, educating external stakeholders about disease states and product assets, and supporting informed treatment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately map and profile key external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payors, and patient advocacy groups.
• Develop and execute a territory‑specific strategic engagement plan aligned with scientific objectives and integrated brand plans.
• Conduct tailored scientific and clinical exchanges to discuss data, address barriers, and identify opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights from stakeholder interactions to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain regular communication with Customer Facing Team leadership and share best practices.
• Provide training resources and mentor newly hired MSLs as needed.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Medical Science Liaison or similar scientific field role.
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, stakeholder networks, and patient care pathways.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into clear, value‑based messages.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
