Medical Assistant – Fertility Clinic

About the role

Spring Fertility is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join its fast‑growing fertility practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, supporting both clinical and front‑desk operations in a patient‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect payments.
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and perform phlebotomy.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a clean clinic environment.
• Assist physicians during procedures such as saline sonograms and intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
• Support front‑desk duties as needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, caring, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work early shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
