About the role
The Media Planning Specialist will support the creation and execution of digital media campaigns targeting healthcare audiences across the United States. Working closely with senior planners and cross‑functional teams, you will translate data into effective media strategies and help drive measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support digital media plans across paid search, display, video, social, email and mobile channels using platform and audience data.
- Allocate and manage channel budgets, monitor pacing and collaborate with Analytics and Media Operations to optimise performance against KPIs.
- Execute and optimise live campaigns on media platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and performance.
- Produce performance reports and insights that evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform recommendations.
- Collaborate with Media Operations, Finance, Project Management, SEM, Biddable, Analytics and Client Services to deliver integrated campaigns.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of hands‑on digital media planning or execution experience.
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels such as search, display, video or social with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into optimisation recommendations.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and media vendors.
- Comfort with using AI tools in daily work and familiarity with US healthcare or pharmaceutical campaigns is a plus.
