Mechanical Project Manager

About the role

The Mechanical Project Manager will lead complex mechanical projects across industrial, commercial and institutional construction. You will oversee projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute mechanical projects in line with corporate policies.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates using JDE ERP.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety and contract performance.
• Develop construction schedules, monitor progress and report to clients.
• Prepare, negotiate and amend contracts with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships to enhance competitiveness.
• Supervise union labour, subcontractors and staff, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate shop drawings, operation manuals and document control via Procore.
• Purchase material and equipment for secured jobs and travel to sites as required.

Required profile

• Dynamic and experienced Mechanical Project Manager capable of leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
