Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Department

About the role

Reporting to the Division Manager, the Mechanical Project Manager oversees mechanical and multi‑trade projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation and risk assessments.
• Create and manage project budgets, track expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction‑related field; PMP certification is an asset.
• 3‑5 years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting or project management, including team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractor performance.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
