Mechanical Procurement & Bid Specialist

About the role

Felix Technology Inc., a Canadian procurement firm, is looking for a Mechanical Procurement & Bid Specialist to source mechanical equipment and machinery from overseas manufacturers and prepare technical and price proposals for its customers. This is a permanent, full‑time position that can be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review technical requirements to identify the required products.
• Conduct effective sourcing and negotiation with vendors to obtain technical and price proposals.
• Gather detailed documentation to satisfy all specifications and requirements provided by the customer.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a top university.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates and candidates with more than 6 years will not be considered).
• Proficient spoken and written English.
