About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Prepare meat and seafood products for sale.
• Merchandise and maintain the meat department area.
• Receive and process meat orders, including special order requests.
• Ensure compliance with company meat standards and CFIA regulations.
• Perform administrative duties and assist the Meat Manager as needed.
• Provide technical training to new staff and clerks.

Required profile

• Full knowledge of meat department operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
