Marketing Success Manager – Remote (Canada)

About the role

The Marketing Success Manager is the strategic partner for Ekwa’s healthcare clients, acting as the primary point of contact and owner of marketing outcomes. Based remotely in Canada, you will ensure dental, medical and other practice owners understand the value of Ekwa’s SEO, website, social media and paid campaigns, driving retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated contact for an assigned portfolio, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Lead regular review and strategy meetings, set expectations and monitor satisfaction.
• Drive client retention, renewals and identify churn risks.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities for additional services.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across SEO, website, social media, reputation and paid advertising.
• Interpret data and analytics to recommend actions that increase leads, new patients and revenue.
• Prepare clear performance reports linking marketing metrics to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams to align deliverables with client goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in client success, account management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels within the healthcare sector.
